The Chairman

1. To be responsible for the overall welfare of the Group assisted by the Management Committee but with the -following specific duties.
2. Ensure that all General and Management Committee meetings are run in accordance with the Groups' constitution.
3. Maintain order and ensure that Such meetings adhere to the agenda and laid down timescale.
4. Represent the Group, along with the Vice Chairman, at meetings outside the Group with representatives and agents of other organisations who have business with the Group.
5. This post will be a non voting position except in the case of a tied vote when the Chairman will have the casting vote. Any person acting in this position will be covered by the same arrangement
