The Group and our activities

LBDG is a very active group. We pride ourselves in producing four productions per year; in January, April, June/July and September/October.

LBDG activities include:

  Three stage plays per year

  A Pantomine each January

  Involvement in local historical and heritage events

  Contributions of talent towards for local events or shows

  Social events

  Other activities from time to time

NODA Award 2004

LBDG are proud to announce that we won a NODA award for the region's Best Drama Production 2004 for our production of 'The Killing of Sister George' by Frank Marcus.
