Vice Chairman
- Assist and deputise for the Chairman as necessary but with the following specific duties.
- Represent the Group, along with the Chairman, at meetings outside the Group with representatives and agents of other organisations who have business with the Group.
- Be responsible for the duties of any vacancy which occurs within the Management Committee.
- Be responsible for the production of the Annual Management Committees' Report to the A.G.M.
