Honorary Treasurer
- Be responsible for all the Financial matters concerning the Group.
- Be responsible for all financial records concerning the Group, and produce a Statement of Accounts to be presented at the A.G.M. and circulated to members for consideration subject to audit if necessary.
- Liaise-
with Honorary Auditor in order to have the Statement of Accounts verified as a true record of the Group’s finances. - Liaise with other financial institutions with due regard to the Groups finances.
- Be responsible for agreeing, subject to Management Committee approval, all subsidiary budgets.
