SOCIAL SECRETARY
- Organise and chair meetings of the Social Committee.
- Co-ordinate an annual social programme of events with the help of the Social Committee subject to the approval of the Management Committee.
- Ensure paid up members of the Group are advised of events either verbally or in writing.
- Arrange- and co-ordinate with the assistance of the Social Committee for the provision, security and transportation of any crockery, Cutlery, kitchen utensils or other items borrowed or owned by the Group.
- Be responsible for the condition of kitchens and other rooms used by the Group for social functions.
- Be responsible for the financial aspects of the Social Committees' activities Subject to the Treasurers direction and Management Committee approval.
- Liaise closely with the Honorary Secretary on all arrangements made by the Social Committee.
- Appoint one member of the Social Committee to act as secretary for the purpose of taking and production of minutes of all meetings.
