Honorary Treasurer

1. Be responsible for all the Financial matters concerning the Group.
2. Be responsible for all financial records concerning the Group, and produce a Statement of Accounts to be presented at the A.G.M. and circulated to members for consideration subject to audit if necessary.
3. Liaise- with Honorary Auditor in order to have the Statement of Accounts verified as a true record of the Group’s finances.
4. Liaise with other financial institutions with due regard to the Groups finances.
5. Be responsible for agreeing, subject to Management Committee approval, all subsidiary budgets.
