Vice Chairman

1. Assist and deputise for the Chairman as necessary but with the following specific duties.
2. Represent the Group, along with the Chairman, at meetings outside the Group with representatives and agents of other organisations who have business with the Group.
3. Be responsible for the duties of any vacancy which occurs within the Management Committee.
4. Be responsible for the production of the Annual Management Committees' Report to the A.G.M.
